How to get started

It’s quick and easy. Just follow these steps to activate autopay in minutes.

Sign in to the online account for your card

Select the Autopay option to access settings

Choose payment amount and date

Add or confirm payment method

: With autopay, your payment will be automatically deducted from your bank account each month on your payment due date. The payment will be the amount you select: either the statement balance, the total minimum payment due or a self-selected (other) amount.

: No, the deductions will be suspended when your account has a zero balance. Autopay will resume when your account has a balance.

From the home page, select the Autopay-Off link located below the Make Payment button.
Click the Enroll in autopay button
Select the payment amount and payment source
Agree to the terms
Confirm autopay
Review your autopay settings
Click Submit

You will see a confirmation screen showing your autopay settings and a confirmation number. We'll also send you a confirmation email to the email address on file for your account.

: No, credit pulls (soft or hard) are not needed to be eligible for or to enroll in autopay.

: Sign in to Synchrony Account Manager and click Manage autopay to make any changes to your scheduled payments or payment source.

: There is no fee to enroll or use autopay. Your card’s annualized percentage rate (APR) will still apply to any unpaid balance each month.

The autopay information is applicable to non-delinquent revolving consumer credit card accounts.
